曲は一般投票で審査します。それぞれの曲に対して５択のボタンで行います。平均スコアの最も高い曲が金賞となります。
テーマは選択制です。
「チケット」
「ネットワーク」
「自転車」
の３つから１つまたは複数選んで、それに沿って作曲したオリジナル曲をお待ちしています。
投稿は次の点を満たすようにしてください。
１、ptcop又はpttuneファイルのみ。
２、投稿のタイトルに曲名を記入
３、あなたの名前を記入
４、テーマを選択。
５、何かしら、曲の説明を記入。
６、ファイルサイズ４MB以下。
７、一人１作品まで。共同制作の場合は、個人名義とは別に出品してよい。
８、予めルールを全て読んで同意する。
オリジナル曲限定です。
投稿直後から投票できます。
投稿された作品は全て当方でmp3変換を行います。この際少々タイムラグが見込まれますがご了承ください。
投票の経過は最終日に結果発表します。
できるだけ曲への感想もお願いします。
投稿された曲は、他メディアから転載の要望があった際に紹介する場合があります。
その際事前連絡を希望される方はメール欄に連絡先をお書き添えください。
連絡不要かつ転載不可の場合はメール欄に転載不可とお書きください。もちろん不可の曲は紹介しません。
ちなみに、連絡先の欄は管理者以外に対しては非表示です。
予めご了承ください。
１位〜３位になった曲はMP3に変換したものと原曲をMP3ダウンロードのページに掲載いたします。

Choose one or more from above themes and compose.
Neccessary condition
1..ptcop or .pttune only.
2.Title of music.
3.Your name.
4.Choose at least one theme.
5.Some descriptions.
6.File size limit: under 4 mega bite.
7.One composer,one music.
8.Read and agree with all of the rules.
Please fill the submittion forms in English,or Japanese.
Voting is exist on 5 buttons.
It will start when you will submit your music.
The submitted music will be published in .mp3 file.
Perhaps,musics will reprinted in another media.
If you want to be informed before that,fill the email box with your email.
If "No reprinting,No informing" you think,fill the email box with the word "No reprinting".Of course,The music won't be reprinted in that case.
What you will write in the email box will be checked by only the administrator.
The administrator will make the ranking public of musics in the last day.
Musics get 1st,2nd,3rd of ranking will be apear on mp3download page.
